INDEPENDENT MEDICAL PROVIDERS ACTION COUNCIL OF OKLAHOMA, INC.
Position: Executive Director of State Association and Director of Legislative Affairs
IMPAC is a statewide association of independent specialty physicians and facilities in Oklahoma. Their primary issues are opposing certificate of need legislation, insurance reimbursement and government intervention in the free market system with regards to healthcare. Gaines Government Services provides association management services to this client as well as representation before the legislature and state regulatory authorities throughout the year.
OKLAHOMA AMBULATORY SURGERY CENTER ASSOCIATION
Position: Executive Director of State Association and Director of Legislative Affairs
The Oklahoma Ambulatory Surgery Center Association is a state-wide association dealing with ambulatory surgery centers. It is affiliated with the American Ambulatory Surgery Center Association out of Washington. Gaines Government Services provides association management services, legislative services as well as acts as the liaison with the national association.
OKLAHOMA SELF INSURERS ASSOCIATION
Position: Executive Director of State Association and Chief Lobbyist
The Oklahoma Self Insurers Association is professional trade association of self-insured entities in Oklahoma. The purpose of the OSIA is to serve as an advocate for self-insured entities and their providers at the state level on issues affecting workers' compensation. Gaines Government Services serves as the Executive Director and Chief Lobbyist for OSIA.
